Payment,
shipping & returns

Payments are made through Paypal.
You will get an invoice and link for payment via email when you place an order.
All orders are shipped from Tel-Aviv, Israel, unless specified otherwise, using Israel Post.
Shipping to Tel-Aviv is free of charge.
For anywhere else, we can work things out together.
Shipping rates are calculated based on real-time courier quotes and the total weight and size of your order. A tracking number will be sent when your order has shipped.

All sales are final.

For all custom commissions, I talk with you first to establish color stories and make sure we agree on the style. I only start work on a garment when I have your full trust and agreement, so that you get a piece that you love every time.
The one-of-a-kind pre-made pieces that you order will be the same that you see in pictures, so there is no surprise upon receiving them.
I am not responsible for any damage that may unfortunately occur during shipping, or for lost or stolen packages. If you do receive a damaged item, you can still get in touch to see if we can work something out. Hopefully you won’t need to!

Privacy policy

The private information that you share on this site when filling out a form for an order stays private. I use it to communicate with you, fulfill your orders, process your payments, arrange shipping and such. Your private information will not be communicated to any other party.
